Elixir Software was founded in 2012 by Dr Paul Faulder and Dr Martin Harrison, with the purpose of creating software to improve the efficiency of teamwork in the scientific R&D community. Its innovative workflow management tool iTraX was created to set a new industry standard for project delivery through collaboration.

The flagship platform, iTraX Chemistry unifies design, synthesis and registration in a single, chemistry-aware workspace. It allows users to track and manage projects in-house, and with CROs and external partners via an intuitive Kanban board.
